Course Description

Pilates is a full body workout. Classes focus on improving strength, flexibility, posture & body awareness through a series of controlled movements suitable for all levels.

    Adults (18+) who want to increase their core strength and overall fitness

    Wednesday 18:30 – 19:30 h, Starts: 10th April 2024

    weekly, 5 sessions

    Place: St Michael Foundation Dance Studio or Gym
