Course Description

The course is for anyone who wishes to improve their running ability, whether a beginner or a more experienced runner. The scope for this course is on progressing individually at various levels but working as a community, pushing our boundaries and reaching outside our comfort zone. Our emphasis is most definitely not on the end result, but the sheer satisfaction that comes from seeing beginners successfully completing their first continuous 1km, 5km, 10km, or even half-marathon. Our mantra is: “It doesn’t matter how fast or how far you’re going. If you’re putting on your shoes and going out for a run, you are a runner, so join our course!”

    Anyone who wishes to improve their running ability. Adults (18+)

    Wednesday 17:45 – 19:15 h, Starts: 10th April 2024

    weekly, 10 sessions

    Place: St Michael Foundation gym, outdoor track and other running tracks

    A pair of good running shoes.

    Physical health is a prerequisite for this course.

*If a minimum number of participants is not reached, the course will be cancelled prior to the first session.
