Course Description

Open, unset, classical ballet lessons for all those who miss dancing and want to get back to the ballet studio to perform again all the ballet steps learnt while learning new movements too. A great opportunity to re-gain flexibility, muscle tone, co-ordination, ease of movement and memory skills in a fun and relaxed environment.
